We migrated to the Display5 platform from a competitive solution, because of all the content choices we have with Display5. But stats are still the most important to us and Display5 support and product enhancements have been more than solid for us.
We have hundreds of queues and are constantly pushing thousands of stats updates through the Display5 platform to our wallboards across the continent. Our Genesys [on-premise] system is putting more and more critical agent communication through the Display5 platform and it hasn't let us down.
We started using Display5 just for corporate communications to all our contact center employees, and did stats updates through CSV files. But when we moved to Genesys Engage, we added Display5's contact center widget set and the stats updates and flexibility has improved a lot.
